Strategic Cont Expert SRL is a Bucharest-based firm providing accounting, HR, tax consulting and legal support for Romanian businesses. Founded in 2004, we work with companies across many industries, from newly incorporated startups to established businesses with complex operations and large teams.
Our role is to give business owners one coordinated point of contact for financial, tax, employment and legal matters. Instead of managing separate providers who do not speak to each other, clients work with an integrated team that understands the full context of the company.
We are not a standard bookkeeping office. CECCAR-certified accountants, CCF tax consultants, HR specialists and lawyers work together on each file. When a company is incorporated, the legal structure is reviewed together with the tax regime. When an important contract is negotiated, the tax impact is considered early. When an ANAF inspection occurs, accounting and legal arguments are prepared together.
Our Story
We started in 2004, during a period when Romanian taxation and business regulation were changing quickly. The firm grew step by step, client by client, through steady investment in people, technical knowledge and long-term relationships.
Today, Strategic Cont Expert works with more than 300 active clients and a team of 15+ specialists. Our office is in Orhideea Gardens, Bucharest, but our document flows and communication systems allow us to support clients throughout Romania.
Many clients have worked with us for more than 10 years. Some started with a single-employee SRL and now run companies with dozens or hundreds of employees. We grew alongside them because a reliable business partner stays present after the annual balance sheet and helps when important decisions need to be made.

Strategic Cont Expert brings together authorized professionals in the areas where companies most often need coordinated support:

Our team attends professional training, follows legislative changes and monitors relevant ANAF practice and court decisions. Romanian tax rules change often, so clients need advisers who stay current, not providers who discover changes after the deadline has passed.

Where to Find Us
Strategic Cont Expert SRL is located at Orhideea Gardens, Calea Plevnei 145b, Sector 6, Bucharest. The office is close to Grozavesti and Basarab metro stations on the M1 line, with parking available in the complex.
We also work with clients outside Bucharest. Documents can be sent digitally, meetings can take place by phone or video call, and day-to-day collaboration does not require physical presence at our office. Clients who prefer in-person meetings are always welcome.
