1) Order of the Ministry of Economy no. 1008 of 2021 for the modification of the Procedure for implementing the state aid scheme provided by GEO no. 224/2020 on some measures for providing financial support for enterprises in the field of tourism, public catering and event organization, whose activity was affected in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, approved by Order of the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism no. 991/2021.
The Order regulates the way in which the operators in the HORECA field are eligible to benefit from the grants representing state aid, according to GEO no. 224/2020 with subsequent amendments.
The computer application will automatically check if the grant applicant has authorized the CANE codes provided in the procedure already published in the Official Gazette. Clarifications will be requested if discrepancies are considered.
2) GEO no. 51 of 2021 regarding the extension of the terms provided in art. II point 9 and art. III of Law no. 295/2020 for the amendment and completion of Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as well as the approval of some fiscal-budgetary measures.
By GEO no. 51/2021 extends some deadlines that should have applied starting with June 21, 2021. According to law no. 225/2020 for the amendment of the fiscal procedure code, the settlement of the appeals submitted by the taxpayer within the fiscal inspection procedure should have been carried out by specialized persons within the Ministry of Public Finance.
Until this date, specialized personnel had to be transferred from ANAF to the Ministry of Public Finance.
By GEO no. 51/2021, the normative provisions listed above extend their application term until October 1, 2021.
